Alex Peter Jeannopoulos

Alex was born in 1971, the only child of Peter Jeannopoulos and Mireille Lebrun. He sits at the meeting point of two diasporas — Greek Asia Minor on his father’s side, Haitian Port-au-Prince on his mother’s. He, his wife Karyn, and their daughter Mia lived in New York City through 2016 — Mia was born there in 2009 — and moved to Plantation, Florida in August 2016, where the household has been full-time ever since. The family still holds the Manhattan co-op on East 9th Street as a secondary residence.
