Alex Jeannopoulos

I live with my family near Boston and have spent two decades writing software — mostly backend systems for real-time communications, media, and infrastructure.

Outside of work I run a homelab, contribute to a handful of open-source projects, and spend time with my wife Karyn and our daughter Mia.

I take on engineering consulting and contract work in areas where I have deep experience: real-time messaging and media protocols, Go and Erlang services, infrastructure tooling, and reverse-engineering legacy systems.
